@Delta - never fails. Not only am I on an archaic 737-800 with smoke stained TV screens. We've been sitting on the tarmac at PHX for 45 minutes (after the pilot told us it'd be a quick 10 mins). As a platinum member in a paid 1st class seat, I can't help but feel disappointed.

@AlaskaAir Moral of the story...don't fly @British_Airways unless you want to wait 6-8 weeks to have your miles post to Alaska Airlines. Wow.

Hey @AlaskaAir - it's been over a week since I flew on your partner, @British_Airways, and my miles still haven't posted to my account. I called and texted with Customer Care and emailed my receipt and nothing. As a result of the delay, I was downgraded from Gold to MVP. Help.
