Roy Keane misquoted Bruno. The sentiment in what he was saying was right imo but he was wrong about that specifically. That said, the disrespect towards Keane on here in recent weeks has been poor. Keane did more for United in one night than Bruno ever has or ever will.

So now Manchester United fans are trying to downplay the Alex Ferguson era, an era led by winners like Paul Scholes, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Wayne Rooney who actually delivered major trophies consistently, all because Bruno Fernandes registered 21 assists in a season. When a fanbase starts lowering legendary standards just to force modern comparisons, you can tell the club has fallen so low.
