@DovySimuMMA No. You need to watch from him being dropped on his face before that, spit out mouthpiece and get 20 sec to recover (refs first mistake). Only showing this doesn’t tell much. Plus he loses unless he can knock out Usyk.

Rewatching this again, this must be some sort of corruption, how the f*ck does an experienced referee actually stop this???

The stoppage looks very bad in the shorter clip, but rewind it a minute and notice how much time Rico buys with the mouthpiece tactic after getting brutally dropped. He was going to get finished, either in the 11th or the 12th.

@usykaa Usyk boxing is my favorite sport and you would have probably won that fight in the 12th but you lost almost every round and that stoppage was bullshit

@Tsportspulse Rico was dropped hard. Ref blew it giving him 20secs fumbling with mouthpiece. He gets rocked and it is stopped. Poor stoppage there. He would have been stopped inside that 20 or next round or lost on points so we can stop all the boxing is corrupt stuff.

The referee was supposed to move Oleksandr Usyk to the neutral corner after the knockdown but he didn’t. Usyk was right in his face when the fight restarted. Again, boxing protected its champions.

@boxingscene Appeals court. Shouldn’t fight again until that ref is disbarred. But the whole event was rigged. Judges scorecards don’t reflect the fight. SUCH AN EMABRRASMENT FOR THE SPORT. GIVES @Zuffa_Boxing the perfect opportunity.

In my opinion, Usyk should have 3 losses on his record. The first DuBois fight when he was dropped by a legit body shot in round 5 and he said it was a low blow. That should have been a TKO win for Dubois. I believe Tyson Fury outboxed him and should have won a decision in their first fight. He got absolutely wiped by Rico tonight and should have lost a majority decision but the ref saved him from the L.

@BloodstainLane7 Here we go reinventing history. Usyk gets up any time against Dubois. His hardest fight was Bredis. Fury fights were close good fights though.
