Our friends @MorleyGlassGlaz have been absolutely amazing! They’ve generously funded new recycling bins in every classroom and LCD writing tablets for every child in Key Stage Two! What a difference these will make and what a great environmental step for our school!

Holly Class had a wonderful afternoon Almondbury Methodist Church, taking part in their amazing Easter Journey!

So grateful to the Denby Dale District Lions for their generous donation of books for our library. The texts all focus on encouraging children to think more about looking after their environment, so works great with #thebigplasticcount

As part of #WorldBookDay2024 we did some share reading across school - so lovely to see the younger and older children sharing their love of books together, along with a few cuddly toys, of course!

Some of our children from Beech and Sycamore had the privilege of going to Croftlands Care Home yesterday to read with some of the residents - planning more trips soon!

Our Little Willows had a wonderful time at @KirkleesLibrary in Kirkburton - thank you so much for inviting us! Looking forward to our other classes visiting in the coming weeks and months!
