@British_Airways It’s almost 24hrs since we landed at LHR yesterday, and still no news about the “missing” luggage that many many of us waited for hours for last night. When will we get an update, please?!

@British_Airways where were you at T5 earlier?! 20min flight delay, 50min wait to get a gate and a jetty, and then a 4hr wait for luggage only to be told some of our bags will not arrive tonight, and to go home!! Thank you BA!
