My observation was simply that leading both a government contracting firm and a policy advocacy organization in the same policy space can raise structural conflict questions. That’s a governance issue, not an accusation.

If that’s the best you’ve got, you might want to tap out. I am the founder and CEO of a government contracting firm. I am friends and colleagues with Tom Homan. I am the Chairman of the board of the Border911 Foundation. If you find any of that troubling, I could not care less. But what is interesting is that you decided to take a weak swing at me. It doesn’t matter. There is absolutely nothing you can do to intimidate or influence me. That’s the difference between you and me. I am self sufficient. You depend on a corporate job now. You are very, very close to the edge of libel and defamation. I can easily have my lawyers pursue a claim. You can’t afford to. So chew on that for a while Mike, and think carefully about your next move.

You’ll probably want to immediately alert your government affairs representative Sibel Sadana and CEO Jeremy Wensinger about your employee @BradDuplessis’s very public spat with Congressman and House Armed Services Committee @derrickvanorden. Brad has followed up his recent doxxing of military veteran @CynicalPublius by putting your company in a very awkward position via-a-vis the Congressman. The majority of your government contract revenue comes from work that falls under the Congressman’s purview. I strongly recommend you call a crisis action meeting today with your executive team to deal with the fallout from your employee’s brazen actions which certainly violate numerous corporate policies and signed agreements.

1. My OPs (that’s original posts fyi) have not referenced NWC/NDU. I correctly listed V2X as his employer.
2. You’ll want to understand the legalities surrounding doxxing, which you clearly do not. Doxxing can absolutely occur even if the information is already public.
3. If you don’t understand how an employer like V2X or Leidos might view one of their employees creating reputational risk issues with a sitting Congressman, not to mention bad publicity in the public domain, then you should read a HBR article or take a class on the subject. You clearly don’t understand corporate leadership dynamics and concerns, and I don’t blame you for that…it’s just ignorance and lack of experience. Observe how this plays out and I think you’ll see what I mean. And I’m sorry if Brad is a friend of yours. You seem as invested as I am 😉

His V2X position (BTW is PTOC) started at least 4mo AFTER his employment with CGSS (satellite facility at Ft Belvoir, VA). Moreover, not sure why you keep tagging NWC/NDU - he was never employed there.
