@jonatanpallesen @elonmusk It's not as if every time someone commits a crime we will retroactively review the judge. But you can absolutely investigate judges that show patterns.

How would that actually work if we think it through? Sometimes criminals with minor offences go on to commit worse crimes, such as murder.
So if a judge handles enough cases, this will happen eventually. Which means they will try not to release anyone.
If you want this as the law, just make that the law then.

Look how cute the two ladies who run my local 24-hour diner are (a 24-si, or 24시 — this one specializes in Haejangguk, or "soup to chase away a hangover", and is on a street with a lot of bars).
I eat there almost every day when in Seoul, and they love saying, in an exaggerated manner, "Thank you" to me in unison when I enter, when they bring me my food, and when I leave, because that's what I say so often.
I think they call me "Mister Thank You" behind my back.
