@KitbagUK Chatbot keeps kicking me off. I have an issue with my order, said out for delivery yesterday…not delivered. Then noticed on invoice you have put the wrong address. Paid for next day as it’s a present and now I have no idea where it is. Please advise

@KitbagUK I ordered an England kit on 01/07 and it still hasn’t arrived. Tracking number says it’s yet to reach Royal Mail and haven’t been able to get through to customer service at all (no one enters the live chat and the email doesn’t work). Can someone help please?

@FollowEverton I ordered 2 t shirts from @KitbagUK,when they came 1 was the wrong 1.I contacted them,was told "Post it back" which i had to pay for,"We'll send the correct 1".When it came they sent the same 1 back!Kin useless,i won't buy anything online again.😤

Just been in the Everton shop and it’s scandalous but it’s nearly July and there’s no new kit. To make matters worse, nothing for babies or toddlers. Then to add insult to injury, they have removed the season ticket Discount! Sorry, but that’s just ridiculous

@KitbagUK I ordered two England tops, 1 has arrived but the other says it won’t be here until the 27th June. I ordered both at the same time and delivery said 3-5 days. Why is it taking 2 weeks extra to process the other top when it is the same as the other just one size larger?

@KitbagUK It’s pretty redundant at this point, every time it’s been ‘looked into’ it’s just the same story that it’s been delayed again and I can either wait or take a refund, it’s all just a bit silly at this point for a shirt that was ordered in November.
