@BigelowBethany It seems that nothing is ever as easy at it should be. But you just got to deal with it and move on. Good thing some subs are easy to work with and can do things for us quickly.

When it comes to #remodeling or #renovation, expect the unexpected. We had a huge area of rotted sub floor in this project. A piece of 3/4" plywood and 2 layers of cement board and we are back on track. #project #construction #unexpected #flooring

@SocialSMktg @BigelowBethany Sorry, was out at the jobsite in Oakwood Village. Remodeling the another kitchen. Found rotted sub-floor so had to rearrange subcontractors. Never a dull moment 😆
