Social media isn't always about your followers seeing everything or chasing likes/RTs. For many of us, it's just getting thoughts out, tossing them into the wind... and if it resonates with even one person? Amazing.

Should there be full reciprocity for medical licenses across U.S. states?
Doctors currently need separate licenses per state.
The Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) offers expedited licensing in ~42 states + DC & Guam, making multi-state practice easier without full auto-reciprocity.
Pros: Cuts red tape, improves access (telemedicine boom), and helps underserved areas, as the nurse compact does.
Cons: States guard sovereignty, worry about patient safety, local oversight, & disciplining out-of-state docs.
Time for true nationwide reciprocity? Expand IMLC to everyone? Or keep state control?

@KittyCowSC That's great and all, but that just limits you to your echo chamber. this should be an easy fix within the system, yet they resist. A person should be able to filter their feed chronologically.. I want to see what's trending now, not what was cool yesterday.

@KittyCowSC I think I could, at least for awhile. I can hunt and fish, food is not a problem. I can build so shelter should be good to. Coffee, that would be my downfall.

I spent a whole day visiting the Seattle daycares featured in my @NRO article with @abigailandwords about inexplicable spending by @waDCYF . Most did not answer when I knocked. If there were children inside, thick curtains blocked any natural sunlight for them. Neighbors were unaware of daycares a one-minute walk away. Confused residents said that they had no knowledge of a daycare at their address, to which Washington State paid nearly $500,000 last year. WA State Attorney General Nick Brown said that he would focus on prosecuting journalism like this instead of investigating welfare fraud. The State Auditor stated that DCYF records are so bad that millions of dollars over the past four years have been un-auditable. This violates the terms of their federal funding. This video is only half of the footage we captured. Stay tuned.

@somemixedchick7 I did a side hustle from home...made a bit but not enough to support us. Kids didn't always feel like they had a dad at home, but they appreciate him now! I'm sorry you have to go back, but your kids will appreciate everything you do! Lean on family when/if you can

Awwww I’m so glad you got to experience that. I did too but now I’m in a Position where I am the main provider again on my own with my babies. It’ll work out again, this season will pass. I was created to be a stay at home mom and homemaker. Maybe work a side business on the side from home.

The comparison holds up: you're genuinely more likely to get zapped by lightning than to encounter (or commit) successful voter impersonation fraud.
That said, the SAVE America Act isn't really about stopping a massive, widespread problem (although there may or may not be one). We need to focus on the outdated voter rolls, cybersecurity for election systems, and mail-in safeguards, and the SAVE America Act is the beginning on being able to do that. You should be noticing your constituency wants the SAVE Act.
