@Postvox trying to pay at pharmacy and my an post account is blocking me from logging in with the big green security man. But when I try to go to the next page to answer security question I get a 503 service unavailable. What is going on?

@Postvox Hi, I paid for customs last Thursday but there’s no movement on it! I’m also waiting for my customs charge on a 2nd package that the delivery partner handed over to you isn’t being processed. The postman also delivered someone else’s package. A mess!

@Postvox received a text message yesterday saying my package would be delivered today. No package arrived today. The tracking hasn’t moved at all .The chat representative told me these text messages are “just automated” and don’t mean anything?? Why bother??

@Postvox The app keeps crashing and won’t work. I’d rather the issue was fixed as soon as possible. Talking to a member of the account team can’t help a broken app.

@Postvox My an post money account is down. Tried to pay in store and the app keeps crashing and wont let me access my money. Literally stranded can’t pay for anything. This is a joke!

@Postvox There’s no DM that can help someone out and about u able to pay for anything. Food, shopping… anything. No dm. I just have to once again denied access to my money. Thanks for nothing.

@Postvox my a post account kept telling me “sorry we can’t do that right now” about moving money from wallets. Now it’s displaying my whole account and wallets as zeros. I sincerely hope this is a mistake?!

@Postvox just tried to transfer money into my wallets today and my money just disappeared! Gone from my main account ,all my wallets read €0 but the money is completely gone?! Can you please explain??

@Postvox Received a package yesterday that was completely ripped open and an item was missing from it. Not sure where along the line this happened but my item was not delivered safely. Is there somewhere I can report this issue?

@Postvox package out for delivery today but the postman came by and only delivered a letter and sped off. Was in contact with customer care who told me it’s due today. Still no sign of it.

@Postvox something going on with an post money account. Still waiting for wages to come in today which is very unusual and very late.

@Postvox I don’t know what’s going on still with the an post money app. Won’t let me manage my wallets, won’t let me transfer money and won’t let me pay for anything. Literally stuck again….

@dpdireland I received an email this morning telling me my address info was incomplete and can’t deliver today. Checked with sender sure enough no info missing and delivery changed to Tuesday. Funny, on the Friday before a bank holiday weekend. 😑

@dpdireland I have received 2 emails from dpd Ireland telling me my address info is incomplete. The last delivery, I confirmed with the sender that all info was present and when I checked the box all the info was there.

@Postvox There seems to be a major delay is receiving wages today. Normally pay comes in just after midnight but still waiting from them to come in today and still nothing…

@Aldi_Ireland Ok I see. I know all postal service and importing stuff are having major delays. it seems it’s happening all over. I shall cling to my hope to see them in stores someday 😭
