@ITVXhelp I didn't register to ITVX at all, so if I try to log in to cancel my subscription it's saying that my email address isn't registered. But it is charging me every month and I can't log in to cancel it

@Kiyomibridgett Hello there 😊👋 I am sorry to hear that you have been charged. You mentioned that you don't remember registering, do you mean you do not remember registering for ITVX Premium or registering for an ITVX account? Or if you prefer, drop us a DM whenever you are free.

@ITVXhelp I'm being charged every month for ITVX which I have never used and cannot remember registering to. If I try and sign into my account using the email address that I receive ITVX emails to, it tells me the email isn't registered. How can I cancel my subscription please?

Not impressed with @ohpolly at all! I returned £193 worth of bo and tee items and they have only refunded me £80! Only refunded me for 3 items when I returned 9 items in total!

@isawitfirst_CS awful service from I Saw It First on 2 occasions in the last two weeks. 1st occasion was I haven't received my parcel that I ordered on 31st August with premier delivery! The 2nd occasion was I returned some trousers that didn't fit me and I haven't been refunded

@ZARA_Care Hey, I just went online to try and process a return but it won't let me? However I received my shipping email on the 4th June which is still within 30 day

@ZARA_Care hi, I ordered a dress and when it arrived the label that should be sewn onto the dress was snapped and the tag wasn't attached it was in the bottom of my box? I need to return the dress but I'm worried they won't accept the return?

Last night at 11pm we took Zara to A&E because we thought she swollowed my fucking airpod. I got an airpod tracker app so when I put it on her tummy it said 100% and could track it. Waited a pissing hour for the doctor to see her and the doctor found it in her fucking pocket. 😭
