@diamondAgs1 @ccosta_6 @tengland_150 Having had a shoulder rebuild two summers ago, I completely understand that trust issue. The fear of hurting it again sometimes out rules what it's actually capable of.

@Kktinman @ccosta_6 @tengland_150 I think itit has everything to do with coming back from his injury. I don’t think he trust his arm fully at times and doesn’t throw with conviction. That’s just my opinion. I love the kid truly believe he’s going to find success this season one way or another.

@tengland_150 I was thinking of a change up, too! 1. Sims 2. Sdao or tba 3. Moss 1 and 3 interchangeable due to either being able to handle a rubber match, if needed. The Friday night loss sets up for a stressful rest of the weekend .

A student's Monday morning energy tells teachers everything about what that weekend looked like at home. 3. Bullying almost never happens where adults are watching,it lives in transitions, hallways, and lunch lines. 4. Children who were praised too much for being "smart" give up faster when things get difficult. 5. A sudden drop in a student's performance is almost always emotional, rarely academic. 6. Teachers can identify which children aren't being talked to enough at home within the first week. 7. The "difficult" child in class is almost never the problem,they are carrying someone else's problem. 8. Kids who don't eat breakfast learn almost nothing before 11am regardless of how good the teaching is. 9. A child's handwriting and drawing pressure reveals anxiety levels more accurately than most think. 10. Teachers grieve students they couldn't reach long after those students have moved on. 11. The classroom's real social hierarchy is completely invisible to adults and entirely obvious to every child in the room. 12. The moment a child feels genuinely seen by a teacher, their academic performance shifts sometimes within days.

@ZillennialApple I'm learning this reward too. It sucks! And Next year I'm getting the kiddo that should be in the behavior room. Oh wait, our state just shut down all the behavior rooms! Another example of looking out for teachers. 😡

I have better classroom management than most of my coworkers, so admin gives me the poorly-behaved children. The thanks I get? Admin always penalizes me in observations for 1 or 2 slight disruptions. These same kids are tearing the house down in other classes!
