There are many areas of the world where myosin inhibitors are not available. An RCT is warranted to compare between ablative approaches with new medical therapy. #GlobalEP

Amidst all the PFA euphoria. Today, we tackled a fun post maze AFL, mapping and successfully terminating a double loop flutter with one burn #Tactiflex. Current is a good lesion predictor (we aim 700-750mA) But the question remains: is less burning better? @CCFloridaEP
