That sounds like a you problem to chase up. I have waited the reasonable amount of time already on top of how furious I am I have not received my parcel in thr first place or even been offered a replacement at the start. This is disgusting level of customer service.

And wait another 3 days on top of the 10 I have already waited to see if they respond to your delivery enquiry?? No customer service number either all by email? Customer being penalised and holding onto my refund as the delivery company is not getting back to yourselves surely
