@KlimatApp hi, I’m a paid user. I’ve noticed on my runs in the past 1-2 weeks it’ll tag them as raining when it’s bright and sunny. A one off I understand, but this is a pattern. Is there anywhere I could submit these bug examples? Thanks!

Klimat now calculates air density and altitude corrected pressure!
Check out @the5krunner for a great write up on why it matters, the5krunner.com/2023/08/17/air…

@Cybersmog Ahh! You provide the location. No plans yet but I agree. That would be very useful. I’ll keep you posted.
English

@Cybersmog That’s an interesting idea. The problem is that each provider has areas where they are more accurate and areas where they are less accurate. So it really depends on where you exercise. A common location wouldn’t answer the question.

Realized @KlimatApp came off my Strava and bought premium for $5/yr last night during our 3am feeding. If I walk at 98 degrees I want it to be documented! 😂
English

@LesliHiller 👍 feel free to reach out here or via email. Glad we found a way to communicate 🙌

@KlimatApp @KlimatApp awesome. i actually did swipe the reprocessing between last 2 workouts. Weird email and DM not working but thank u for the effort in making the communications work!!! Will keep eye out and thanks again!!
English

@KlimatApp I purchased premium and weather still not appearing on my strava (it used to) .. emailed … no reply. please help/advise. TY
English

@LesliHiller Ahh. Twitter isn’t letting me DM. Here’s the email with names/email addresses retracted. Also. It looks like todays activity was processed without issue. Can you confirm?

English

@LesliHiller Weird. We responded to your email a little after 8:30pm EST last night. Happy to DM you the email if it’s easier.

@SimonBoughton2 Sorry for the slow reply. Klimat doesn’t support polar flow yet but we’d love to add it! It would help if you let them know your interest. Feel free to reach out to us directly at support@klimat.app.

@wheeler_laura Possibly. It depends on a number of things. Please email us at support@klimat.app and we’ll take a look.
English

@KlimatApp... Your Strava add on doesn't seem to be accounting for humidex lately... The "feels like" has been almost equal even when our humidex is adding 10 degrees according to local data.
Could there be a glitch?
English

@GregMilton ❤️Thank you! It’s supporters like you that keep it running.

@KlimatApp just upgraded to premium because I think kilmat is cool and it's only 5/yr and I'm not even turning off "Include 'by Klimat.app'" haha. nice job!
English

@KlimatApp @ProfPickaxe @Strava Yeah, I can reach out to support - but the main thing is that on several rides in the past few weeks it's said "raining" and we are on track for a record setting dry streak here in Seattle. :-|
English

Hey @KlimatApp - I am consistently getting the wrong weather tagged on my @Strava rides (zip:98103). Is this a known issue? I'd say it happens 1/3 of the time or so (ie: "Light Rain" when it's a gorgeous Sunny morning). What gives? 🤔
English

@k_david @ProfPickaxe @Strava It’s not uncommon for 1 weather provider to be a little off in a particular area (none are accurate everywhere). It’s why Klimat has different providers to choose from. Having said that, please email us so we can make sure nothing funny’s going on support@klimat.app
English

@wheeler_laura This is all set. Please let us know if you run into anything else. Thanks again!
English

@KlimatApp why does scattered clouds come up as ☁️ (which to me means full cloudy) instead of ⛅ or 🌤️? I'm always having to edit it to make it more accurate.
