@Kotyjo Depends on where it is, land around where I am at is going for $8900.00/acre. A guy bought a quarter a mile away for 1.4 million, in a good year can get 45 bushels an acre of soybeans.

Good morning, A land sale auction ended west of us on some nice flat lower assessed land. $630,000.00 a quarter. If it rains it can grow—better land east and south is worth way more. The big investor farm didn't get it. Interesting times in Ag. Snowed again so spring is pushed back another week. The guy seeding Canola on Tic Toc last week maybe isn't that fucking smart. Less than a week to go till election day and all I hear from people is can eastern Canada be stupid enough to vote the liberals in for a fourth term? Price of nitrogen went up, have not heard yet on price of chemicals
