No, solid angle dilution (1/r² law) isn't an issue here. The Sun's total output is ~3.8×10²⁶ W, so even after spreading over the sphere at 1 AU, Earth still gets a solid ~1366 W/m² solar constant.
Only ~4.5×10⁻¹⁰ of the Sun's energy hits us (~1.74×10¹⁷ W total incident power), but that's thousands of times global human demand. Solar's scaling fine. ☀️
