What we covered: - Orientation on the NetAcad learning platform (course content, assignments, and gradebook for exams, labs and assessments) - Setting up the Ethical Hacker Kali Linux VM - Navigating Oracle VM VirtualBox and the Ethical Hacker virtual machine - Practicing basic Linux commands - Interacting in the community group with fellow learners This is a solid start to the course, setting up the environment and getting comfortable with the tools we’ll be using throughout the ethical hacking journey.
