@KaoriSinclair Sony is like a worse Netflix or Hulu... Even when you purchase a Game, if a publishing or dev house pisses them off, one push of a button and your game and your money is gone.

One thing I never understood is why PC Gamers are saying this is a huge win for PC after Sony decided to discontinue physical media.
My guys, PC has been digital for over a decade now. Physical games ceased to exist years ago.
So really, while it can be seen as a trash move, Sony is literally just playing catch up. Like they always have been.

Chainsmoker Cat is an anime that betrays expectations of an anime... Or at least the notion that people have about anime.
She is like a Asmongold tier level of gross before he started cleaning up his room, with an added bonus of being a chainsmoker and being a loser. Unlike asmongold, she is successful at nothing.
Is it a filter anime?
Only in so far as it filters out the anime fans who are interested mainly in the waifus and idealistic portrayal of characters, instead of a warning of what happens when you let addiction drag you down into a downward spiral.
It's similar in the realm as the movie Requiem for a Dream but not nearly as bad or disturbing.
Maybe it just hits hard for some, because this life isn't an abstraction but a tough reality for some. There is no comfort or wishfulfillment with this anime.

I'd rather people didn't close perfectly good nuclear power plants that would have provided enough power.
I'd rather we spent money upgrading our electricity infrastructure (necessary if we want people driving electric cars) instead of throwing money at worthless carbon capture and other bullshit.
