Tragic. And completely accidental. They never target or intend to hit innocents. Which is the opposite doctrine of the IRGC and their terror proxies whose explicit terror goal is targeting innocents. Including tens of thousands of their own kids. Where is your outrage about that horrific intentional murder of unarmed kids? Not an accident. A policy.

Yves thx for the kind wishes but no one wants to bomb neighborhoods schools and houses except the IRGC Regime and its terror proxies. - so here’s to the end of this sick and failing Islamo-fascist regime that murdered tens of thousands of its own citizens instead of granting the freedoms they were marching for. - and the ongoing success of the Gulf coalition including several Muslim nations in bringing an end to this dark era and the beginning of a free Iran.

A tale of two Iranians 1. - A 19 yr old national champion wrestler. Executed today for the crime of marching with 30,000 other murdered young people who just wanted freedom. Canada said nothing. - A Shia cleric of that Islamo-fascist regime. Just given Canadian citizenship. Marching in support of the regime at an al quds parade in Toronto in his first week in Canada. If there’s a way for Canada to be on the wrong side of history, this is it. Thx to @AlinejadMasih for keeping everyone informed. Here’s to a free Iran.

Best comment Debbie. I’m so angry about the sick injustice and the way it gets overlooked - but you’re right. It’s about this incredible young man with dreams. Killed by his govt for the crime of hoping for freedom. May his family and friends know that his bravery has contributed greatly to the end of this regime and its iron grip on the Iranian people.

@KnightLegg @cbcwatcher They shut down the internet. Today they executed five more protesters. They create a digital black out to kill. The Islamic regime must be finished. The people of Iran need Internet now.

Hey George - I’ve seen credible reports of both - but US Senator Fetterman said 30,000 and hes got security access - so I’m now going with the most conservative number so that no bozo trying to defend this regime comes after me for using a number that over-estimates the slaughter of these kids. I’d hate to give anyone a chance to avoid the brutality of the regime by giving them aggressive numbers to point at.

Yes As a country, the government has embraced a left-leaning environmental ideology that doesn’t map to science or the global economy and that has hurt us economically and strategically for over a decade.
OT@Oliver_Trpcic

@KnightLegg So what you are saying is that if a pipeline was built our GDP would be flat over the next decade vs the negative path we are on.

@ColinCa92604304 Agreed Colin. We really need to get to the table with a serious strategy that moves beyond the domestic political advantage of being ‘elbows up’ to an unpopular president and focuses on national strategic advantage. Mexico is dealing. We’re not.

It doesn’t matter where green alarmist policies were deployed - Germany, the UK, Canada or California - they always destroyed the economy. And ironically did ‘net zero’ for the environment as the same global emissions were produced as energy was produced and shipped in from places like Russia to replace the lack of local capacity.
Apple Lamps@lamps_apple

California killed 99% of its drilling permits, closed 46 refineries, and is on track to lose 58,000 oil and gas jobs… all to “fight climate change.” The result? Consumption increased. They just import 64% of their oil now from Iraq, Brazil, and Ecuador, shipped thousands of miles by tanker from countries with worse environmental standards. More oil. More emissions. Fewer American jobs…

UN-believable. The Ayatollahs regime murdered 40,000 unarmed Iranian kids January/February. Where was the UN SecGen then? (Besides sending the Regime best 47th birthday wishes (really)). Now the old socialist anxiously demands a ceasefire only when the Islamo-fascist regime is losing? Not when they’re murdering unarmed kids? Typical. But doesn’t matter. UN statements mean nothing. The USA is shattering the Ayatollahs grip on the Iranian people, taking away their control over terror factions Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, freeing the Straits of Hormuz and the energy Iran was using to fund terror and nukes. The war will go on until all strategic objectives are met. And far fewer Iranians will die than the regime killed in the first two months of this year.

The word he’s looking for is “cant”. We don’t have the military capabilities to participate in this war. Pretending thats some kind of strategic choice is embarrassing. No one asked Canada because we can’t. We lack the ships, sailors, logistics and planning capacity, ability to get there, resupply capabilities, technology, training, leadership and force readiness. Canada couldn’t get a third of its equipment to work in the last NATO joint exercise. Of the 40% that is actually serviceable. Everyone knows we have zero capacity to project force in the Gulf or protect global shipping. It’s time to rebuild strategic and military capabilities so our perspective on conflict is taken seriously again.
Scott Robertson@sarobertsonca

@KnightLegg So you want the government managing oil reserves instead of just letting the energy companies manage it? What is going on with conservatives in this country? We want a smaller government and you guys are suggesting expanding the government

Clarity. - and why not propose a Canadian national petroleum reserve in the east near our heartland industries since we don’t have one and the other G7 nations do. Anyone know why we don’t have one? I’d like the PM or cabinet in the future to be able to help moderate energy shocks with a release from a dedicated reserve.
Ryan Gerritsen🇨🇦🇳🇱@ryangerritsen

Watch how even this reporter has no idea about the truth of our oil situation in Canada. We have zero strategic reserves & we can’t just ramp up capacity at the flick of a switch. Canada has nothing to offer immediately to help the world with oil. Carney lied.
