@KnightSavory@MattyTBagTurner@Mattgodber11@passportwaiting Who did you send your formal complaint to? I applied on 3rd March for a renewal and it had been processing since 18th March. Causing much undue stress. Not even given choice to fast track when I called

@KnightSavory@passportwaiting Wow!! That so quick Hopefully my one can get sorted soon!! I call passport processed team today they told me wait until this Thursday because they send messages to Examiner already. if they not send any email. they told me to call back this Thursday afternoon!
@nickym731@spancholi21@passportwaiting@HM_Passport Application sped up today, approved, printed and sent. Delivery tracking states out for delivery tomorrow. I believe they sped up my application due to the MP emailing the Home Office 8 days ago.

@Mattgodber11@MattyTBagTurner@passportwaiting The letter of withdrawal was sent directly to the examiners office (which was provided by the customer service management team - different address). It has been been very stressful, lots of calls, emails, tears to the customer service management team and also emailing my MP
@Mattgodber11@MattyTBagTurner@passportwaiting But they approved, printed and sent today so really happy about that. I do not believe this would be the case if my MP did not email the Home Office last week on my behalf.

@passportwaiting I withdrew my documents from 17 March to get my old passport back so I can do fast track! until now I still not have it!! Try to call everyday also complain to HMPO! still can’t get to Examiner to send back to me!!the process team send lot messages still the same!
