@Hellyolet @missdanielleg_ @HM_Passport Yes do everything you can don’t stop calling, I have send them lots of email, calling passport office every day so stressful, and complain to HMPO , ask my MP help still no response but I still keep calling until I get my passport.

@missdanielleg_ @Hellyolet @HM_Passport Yes have to wait 2 week until travel but some time they don’t even call 48 hour before fly, if you can keep pushing them contact MP, do everything you can don’t stop until you know it approved. that my advice, keep send them lots of email if you not hear anything.

@Nancy22649416 @HM_Passport I keep calling , they fob me off with “all you can do is wait for upgrade team”. My 11yr old daughter is so upset she may not be going on holiday with her siblings!
