I've had many people ask me for a guide, so here it is: the INDOOR SHRIMP FARMING METHOD. To get started, you'll need a body of water and a dozen (or more) live shrimp. If you don't have a large tank to hold water, you can start off with a kiddie pool. They cost like $20. Buy the shrimp. Buy the pool. And just put the shrimp in the pool. You can scale your operations by adding more pools so you can harvest more shrimp every cycle. I recommend Pacific white shrimp because they grow fast (3-4 months) so you get more turnover. You can use commercial shrimp feed to feed the shrimp. If you're lazy, you can pick out a few shrimp from the farm, cut them up into tiny pieces, and feed them to the other shrimp. If you have pets, consider investing in a net to keep your pets out of the pool. We had to put our cat Mr Mittens down last year after he pillaged the farm and ate $13,000 worth of shrimp in one night.

I stopped using all fitness trackers. I got betrayed badly by one. It tracked my runs, and then publicly was posting it, and I didn't even know it was doing it. Which lead to a fan of mine finding out exactly where I run each week. I can't find a single fitness tracker that doesn't send all my data to a 3rd party. And if you don't know about the "3rd party doctrine", it basically says the government won't respect your privacy if you send your data to a 3rd party. So all your health data your fitness tracker collects is easily accessible by the government. Regimes come and go, data is forever. Protect yours!
