You do realize that Sam has blocked anyone who has legitimately questioned him on X? His account is just an echo chamber where only his brain washed supporters can comment on his posts. The majority of people DO NOT want Sam to be in charge of Cedar and the majority of people know that Sam has screwed over the holders. If you seriously think that Sam was doing a good job by taking $20,000 a month salary, taking over $2.2 million in development from Evergrow ops funds with nothing to show for it, and taking a further $1.2 million for Atlas Wallet when he parted with Cedar DAO on launch where Cedar has no rights to Atlas Wallet and only has non-voting shards that are worthless, then you are just another delusional brain washed sheep.

@KnowYourCoin If there ever was somebidy that was misinformed spreading lies. Most people commenting on Sam returning are investors and have had nothing to do with the project other than buy in. Get your facts straight.

For those who don’t have time to read another one of @SamCKx 100 page long post, the short version is that Sam believes the @CedarDAO community want him back in charge after people like @_CedarSteve and a very small handful of former paid mods and former paid team members have been publicly asking for Sam to be put back in charge. No one else in the $CDR community has been asking for Sam to return as leader of the project. Sam took millions of dollars from Evergrow and set up Cedar DAO to fail. With no delivery on products. Atlas wallet isn’t even completed. Cedar has ZERO voting shares with Atlas Wallet, just a bunch of useless non-voting shares. So why on earth would any sane person want Sam Kelly back in control of Cedar? The ONLY reason why Sam has created this narrative that @RealShawnte is the villain and saying she is the reason why Cedar is failing is because Shawnte is actually trying to hold Sam accountable for his actions! And it’s clear as day that Sam wants to get back in control of Cedar so he can silence the critics and get the lawyers off his back.

Can you show me any proof that Shawnte is paying me? I bet you $1 million if you can find that evidence. That’s how confident I am that you’re full of shit and I’m not getting paid to call Sam out of his bullshit. In fact, I’ve been doing this for free since 2021 long before Shawnte even came into the scene because I’m a not someone who sells their soul for money and I actually care about people getting scammed by con artists.

Why is @_CedarSteve so desperate to get @RealShawnte off @CedarDAO (formerly Evergrow) and put @SamCKx back in charge? Why doesn’t Steve question why Sam didn’t set up the DAO as a proper legal entity prior to launching Cedar? Which would have held everyone accountable including Sam. Why doesn’t Steve mention that Sam paid himself $20,000 a month in salary without any consultation with the EGC holders prior to taking the funds? Why doesn’t Steve talk about all the payments that Sam gave out to EGC mods and team members without prior consent from holders? Is it because Steve is one of those people who received payment? What about the $2.2 million, not exaggerating here, that Sam Kelly wasted on “development” over 3 years managing EGC? What about the $1.2 million payout that Sam gave himself after he ran a rigged DAO vote where Sam used his own tokens and team tokens to vote? Does Steve not realize that Shawnte is not on the multi sig wallet that issues payments for Cedar DAO? Meaning she’s not the one paying herself. Isn’t Steve supposed to be receiving treatment for cancer that he posted about on socials while he was collecting donations from the community? Or is that just another lie from Steve? Is Steve just acting on behalf of Sam like the puppet he always has been?

Atlas Wallet isn’t even owned by Cedar and only has non-voting shares allocated in the Atlas Wallet company documents. Sam screwed all of you for 4 years, and Atlas Wallet was the last carrot on the stick you all fell for. I’m sorry that you have lost so much value in your investment, but the red flags were there for 4 years and people like myself were trying to warn everyone since 2021. Best to take your fight directly with Sam Kelly because he’s the one truly responsible for your hardship.

You’re delusional if you think Shawnte is the reason why Cedar is in such a shit show. It was Sam who took all the funds and left them with barely any funds to continue. They had to inject another $400,000 of cedar ops funds into LP because Sam set up the first DLMM LP that got drained by people selling. Sam is the one who ruined Cedar before the new committee even had a chance. Maybe if people like you held Sam accountable during EGC you wouldn’t be in the mess you are in now.

Sam was still in charge of EGC and CDR during that transition. And Sam also DID NOT set up a legal entity for the DAO, which is what @RealShawnte is trying to get sorted since she joined the Committee. Others one the committee like Rocket, Cody, Drakefist, Adam, etc did nothing and just say by getting their wages as Sam’s puppets. The only reason why they resigned is to make Shawnte out to be some evil dictator because she actually wants to make the DAO a legal entity and the rest of them wouldn’t help. We know people like Rocket, Cody & Drakefist are still being paid by Sam through Atlas Wallet. @franknfts73 should take it up with @SamCKx regarding his lost tokens because Sam was the one in control of all of that.

A very interesting coincidence that @franknfts73 got drained during the migration to @CedarDAO that @SamCKx and the CTO are the only ones that have insight into. Could it be related to him questioning the circumstances of the EGC exploit and calling out Sam on Atlas and staking?
