Det är faktiskt helt galet att man konstant pratar om att det byggs för lite i Sverige och att vi har bostadsbrist både på villor och brf/hyresfastigheter men likväl förenklar man ingenting utan snarare försvårar och indirekt fördyrar man. 20% av vår husbudget går till tillstånd och avgifter till kommun/stat innan en spik/spadtag satts i marken. 💀 Lagfartskostnaden är bara en av många scams som borde effektiviseras/avregleras. Att sen vinsten ska beskattas är otroligt märkligt med, allt man investerar i sin fastighet och som driver upp priset/värdet är ju med pengar som redan är beskattade i flera led (lön, moms på varor till fastigheten och mkt mer).

Arsenal had to loan David Raya because of FFP. Manchester United have to take players on loan because of FFP. But Chelsea somehow are able to spend £1B in 3 transfer windows because they are exploiting a loophole. How come this loophole can only be exploited by Chelsea?
