I have been with @Vodacom since 1994. I spend a large amount of money on 3 accounts. I've just spent an hour trying to get through to the help desk, and then 30 min with utterly clueless and unhelpful operators. Appalling service, and I abruptly cancelled my data contract.

Yho I'm looking for a new medical aid, D**scovery is nonsense. That thing of GP visits and medications being covered only by the medical savings (which they allocate annually (a ridiculously low amount that covers 1 GP visit & blood tests), I am sick of this 😭
