This is Vruj Patel (L) of east London. He's just been jailed for raping a child. He was sentenced to 22 years in jail, costing taxpayers £1million+.
His brother, Kishan Patel (R), got 15 months for filming the abuse on his phone.
Both men moved to the UK from Pakistan. 🇬🇧
