Estonia and Latvia both border contiguous Russia. Poland and Lithuania border Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia. All four are NATO members. It's a pretty bad excuse. But there are pretty much no good takes in the replies either so I will forgive her.

This isn't tenable for them in the long run. I wonder if this is a one time cost, and now that they have are integrated with the systems there it might be cheaper in the future. If not, when you consider the prices they are bidding, they won't be doing much out of Cape Canaveral.

@SciGuySpace I've been following all the new space SPAC's for some time and none of them are doing well. This tells you something about SPAC's vis-a-vis going public through traditional IPO's. There's more transparency with traditional IPO's and it's harder to achieve for a reason.
