@Linilence Thank you! This means a lot to me. I do try my best to capture their own personality because, of course, each Link has their own character. 🙂‍↕️

I love how both have a very, very specific contrast that identifies them. BOTW Link has a serious look, but nothing impulsive, unlike TP Link. I believe BOTW Link is much more strategic, while TP Link acts as his emotions (and own reason) allow.

2018 made me stop drawing humans for a while haha

@PhunkyWalsh Again, I didn't know Skyward Sword was hated as well. I think it has to do with their model? 😅 Anyway, I agree with you and I'm glad they added it on the Switch since I had been wanting to play it for a while. It brings me joy to know they get together in their first timeline 🤧

@KoinixZL And don’t get me started with Skyward Sword hahaha I absolutely love that game (I don’t mind that others don’t thou, to each their own) but that game gave me everything. Character growth, a great ost, zelink ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Okay time to confess, I didn't know the Zelink community WERE and ARE at war against those who hate this ship. Heck, I just recently found out these past few months that OOT Zelink is hated. I don't usually include myself/stay active within fandoms, so this was a shocker. 😅

@PhunkyWalsh I forgot how I felt about Sheik in my first gameplay, but I know I appreciated his help and guidance throughout Link's journey. Once Sheik revealed to be Zelda the whole time, I had never admired a character sm. Especially since she's a princess so I was really proud of her 😭

@KoinixZL OMG yes 😭 I was able to play oot without spoilers, and Sheik always gave me this warm feeling… maybe it was the music, but the revelation that Sheik was Zelda 😭😭😭😭she was always there. To guide him. Spirit tracks its solo cute

@PhunkyWalsh The Zelda series has been my favorite since then, and I love the idea of two individuals destined to meet in every timeline (I know it's a curse, but at least they have each other). So beautiful... 🤧 (2/2)

@PhunkyWalsh YES!! I usually don't care about ships and focus more on the plot from different games, but when I first played Spirit Tracks and OoT, I had never wanted a ship to become canon so bad. (1/2)

@PhunkyWalsh Oh yeah, I'm aware that every fandom is like this. That's why I prefer been in my own circle haha 😅 I was naive to believe Zelink is loved by everyone when I first started shipping them, so that's kinda my fault. Anyway, it is what it is, and Zelink will always be my OTP ❤️‍🩹

@kenlair You're right! I do try my best to avoid or get dragged into it, but it kinda gets difficult when anti-Zelinkers decide to come to you. 🫩 Nothing I can do but ignore or block and get on with my day.

@KoinixZL There’s only a war if you allow yourself to be absorbed by the war! At least for me, anyone can ship who they want and I’ll peacefully ship who I want!
