I have been hit by YouTube with inauthentic content which is literally a lie I don’t all my own content! They won’t even read and look into what you submit for appeal I don’t even have the option to submit an appeal video to prove I’m a real person! @TeamYouTube fix this!

The Inauthentic Content policy was introduced in July 2025. YT told creators to stay calm & there'd be "no changes". 9 months later, mass demonetization happened. They could've warned targeted creators that they needed to change in 9 months, but no. They said "calm, no changes".

Creators get demonetized, and after around 50 days, they can lose the payout for the work they’ve already done—all while being told to “improve” their channel without any clear explanation. In my case, it’s already been over 42 days since my channel was demonetized, and I still haven’t been given a proper reason for what exactly is wrong. @YouTube has no right to take away hard-earned money like this without providing a real explanation. Just saying “inauthentic content” without pointing out specific videos or giving clear details doesn’t help creators fix anything—it just leaves us stuck. We’re expected to fix our content, but how is that possible when: – No specific videos are identified – No clear violation is explained – Only a vague, repeated label is used And what makes this even worse is that ads can still run on the same videos. So the content is considered “inauthentic” for creators to earn from, but still acceptable to generate revenue? That’s where it starts to feel unfair. Creators spend time, effort, and consistency building their channels, and situations like this make it feel like that effort is being ignored. We’re not asking to break rules—we’re asking for transparency, proper communication, and fair treatment. If this is happening to more creators, it needs to be talked about. YouTube DEMONETIZED my history channel and took $5,000 from me... They called my content "Inauthentic content." I am LITERALLY on camera. Every. Single. Video. I film EVERYTHING myself. I research for hours from REAL academic sources. I write, edit, and design every thumbnail BY HAND. YouTube saw all of that and said MASS PRODUCED. I do not want another bot response. I want ONE real person to sit down and actually watch what I make. Anyone who does will see immediately that this decision makes no sense. @TeamYouTube

YouTube accepting creators into the YPP means they are deemed eligible for YPP. As long as they don't radically change direction/style of their content, removing them from YPP without warning and seizing their current month's earnings is extremely unethical and should be illegal.
