@elonmusk It's gotten to the point where when playing games, I actually limit my framerate to reduce the power consumption of my PC so I can justify having the heating set to a more comfortable temperature. Bit of a first world problem, I know. But still a load of bollocks.

@RageDarling If you can afford the mortgage repayments then go for it. If the rates drop then you'll be quids-in. If the prices drop then ALL the prices drop. House prices are usually relative as well, if there's a drop in the housing market then most other stuff usually follows suit.

Okay friends, I need advice. I’ve found the most perfect house in an area I absolutely love - but I’ve been told by some of you that it’s a bad time to buy a house because house prices are due to crash, is this for certain? Is it worth potentially missing out on this house?
