This is Ghana They offer subsidies to home owners who install solar on their roofs. Qualified beneficiaries receive a capital subsidy for solar panels, either in the form of free solar PV panels (up to a maximum capacity of 500W per beneficiary) or as a cash payment for panels, provided by the Ghana Energy Commission. Not US, Ghana (But keep arguing.)

@HonMayorDele Why can't they allow Akinwunmi Ambode to complete his 8 years tenure? This is grossly unfair. Ambode performed well as governor.

Yesterday, I joined leaders across Kosofe to receive the Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat, on his gubernatorial consultation visit to our revered GAC Leader, Omooba Olumuyiwa Sosanya. He was warmly welcomed by the MDO Support Group with visible joy and enthusiasm, setting the tone for a meaningful engagement. The consultation itself was productive and insightful, with our leader offering his full support, valuable advice, and heartfelt prayers! Strongly echoed by the collective backing of Kosofe leaders. It was yet another moment that reflects unity, strength, and a shared commitment to the continued progress of our people. -MDO

Most people are surprised when they hear I went from professional football to green chemistry. But to me, it was a natural transition. ⚽️👨🏽‍🔬 Growing up in the south of France, I was surrounded by nature and the sea from an early age. As my football career progressed, so did my awareness of global warming and the impact that different industries have on the environment and on our health. The products most of us use every day, from shampoos to cleaning products to paints, are still built on fossil-based ingredients. Changing that became my mission.🌱 In 2013, I co-founded GFBiochemicals to make everyday products safer and more sustainable using plant-based ingredients. Football prepared me for this journey more than I expected the discipline, the resilience, and what it truly means to be part of a team. But there is an important shift: as a player, you’re judged on your own performance. As a founder & CEO, your role is to lead and inspire your team, and to share success together. I spoke with Harvard Business Review France about my journey: the transition from international footballer to Green Chemistry entrepreneur, the challenge of building in a sector I came to as an outsider. STOP LYING TO NIGERIANS As a criminologist and forensic analyst, I approach issues like this with one guiding principle: evidence must be independent, verifiable, and free from self interest. That is the foundation of justice anywhere in the world. Let me be honest and very clear, my support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a person does not blind me to institutional failure. Loyalty must never override truth. What we are witnessing in this Independent National Electoral Commission leadership drama is not just disappointing, it is intellectually insulting. Nemo judex in causa sua! Haba! You cannot be a judge in your own cause. From a forensic standpoint, the so called internal investigation raises more red flags than it resolves. When an individual or institution is accused of misconduct, conducts and validates its own findings without independent oversight, the outcome is inherently compromised. That is not analysis. That is damage control dressed as procedure. Was the phone number fabricated? Was the email address also fabricated? What about the linked authentication systems? Was the two factor authentication magically nonexistent? NIN nko? Digital forensics does not operate on assumptions or convenient narratives. Every digital footprint leaves a trail, phone numbers, authentication logs, device signatures, IP records, all traceable through independent verification. So why has there been no transparent request to X Corp. for official account verification? Any competent legal mind would immediately initiate formal correspondence with the platform to obtain authenticated records which I can effortlessly obtain from the United States if I choose to be an independent complainant and a party with a court order, period!!!! Instead, we are presented with conclusions without process, answers without evidence, and certainty without scrutiny. From a criminological perspective, this is a classic case of conflict of interest undermining investigative integrity. Frankly, this entire situation could have been handled with far more dignity. A simple admission that the account existed, that the comments were made in a different context and were neither divisive nor consequential, would have preserved both credibility and public trust, as seen when public figures like Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio take a more human approach in moments of controversy. But what we cannot accept is the mockery of institutional intelligence. You cannot accuse someone of wrongdoing and then hand them the tools to investigate themselves. That is not justice, that is theatre. Nigeria deserves better. An independent forensic audit is not optional, it is necessary. Until that happens, every conclusion remains questionable, every claim remains weak, and every attempt at closure remains premature. Accountability is not an attack. Integrity is not opposition. They are the pillars of leadership. Without them, we are simply rehearsing dysfunction. Please, let me know the next leader you think we should prescribe AGBO WEREY for, ojare!!! Now that the IDF soldier has been found and reprimanded, the Jesus statue restored, can we turn our attention to the 400 Christian Nigerians being held ransom by Boko Haram. They are only giving limited time to the Nigerian government to give money before they slaughter them all.
