In all of this, then there comes few people , different native but having same mentality as you, and those people give actual peace despite of any part of the world. I know corporate is 90% how you handle people, but still sometimes it becomes tough to handle people.

I know, not everyone is bad and you can't generalise everyone just because of 1 person. When I was a fresher at that point in my whole team I was youngest and all were literally so much elder than me, not 1 or 2 but min 10 years elder. Chalo wo to still fine hai....

Confidence doesn't come before the interview, it comes after interviews

Even if job market is bad, that 1 year runway will work. Even if not able to crack interviews, that upskilling will help.

I know layoffs have become new truth. But why one shouldn't be afraid is because... They should have atleast 1 year runway with them. They should be continuously upskilling with their 9-5 jobs as well...

What I feel is... Until I'm on this earth. I need to accomplish each and every day even if just as tiny as sand or big as mountains. But need to be progressive always until I'm living.

One important thing which I noticed!!! Never give any advice if you're not sure. You never know how important you could be to that person and thus , now that person's mind always remembers your given advice.
