Top holding for @NuggetCapital as well. I emailed the company to get clarity on the sale price of their latest transaction. Anything close to Book Value is accretive given the price trading at a huge discount to NAV. They have not replied yet.

@redshirtet That was a 2023 opening. The Retail is part of a mixed-use project with pre-sold condos and pre-leased office. Numbers don't work for building anything similar now.
