i thought there would be more support on craft and the general working or baseline for the things we bring. our idea is against theirs + senior team so!! overwhelmed. the only thing they told me was “if your idea wasn’t good then you’d be shadowing” 😵‍💫

i asked to shadow the CDs on OLV work since i’ve only done a fully animated one (no production). i’m worried about doing OLV later unprepared. they made us pitch our ideas + it’s one of the final 3 ideas but it frustrating because i have to ask for guidance
