@RDCOkanagan can the RDCO work with Alertable so we don't have to use Twitter to get alerts? Are there other apps or ways of getting information that are available?

Is the 12:46pm 97 southbound to Westbank cancelled? Would be nice if that information was... you know... anywhere... @BCTransit #kelownatransit

@BMO it's the Kelowna block party and your 'Main Branch' in Kelowna is locked, even the ATMs aren't accessible on a summer Saturday in a main tourist area. Why? I shouldn't have to go massively out of my way to be able to take out cash without paying fees...

@BCTransit in Kelowna: would it be possible for the #97 (Westbank, 3:48pm) to wait 45 freaking seconds for folks to get off the #23 (to UBCO, arrives 3:48) instead of pulling out as the #23 stops. Driver left people saying 'he had to go'. This is why people are mad at transit.

@BCTransit hey, would it be possible for the #97 (Westbank, 3:50pm) to wait 30 freaking seconds for folks to get off the #23 (to UBCO, arrives 3:50) instead of pulling out as the #23 stops. That'd be great. Now there's 15 of us waiting 20 mins. Makes one want to drive. #kelowna

@Pinterest might be worth showing which exact Pin you're removing (and re-instating) because I have no idea what you removed. I can't follow your guidelines if you can't tell me what the problem is (or isn't as the case may be). This is useless without telling me which pin.

@CBCNews If they're are going to be classified as essential services/workers then they should be compensated appropriately with raises and cost of living adjustments. Either they're essential and appropriately compensated or they're simply workers and don't deserve fair pay. Pick one.

There's a made-in-B.C. solution to a question at the core of public sector labour relations: How can frontline workers fight for their rights without endangering the people they serve? cbc.ca/1.6561054

No one should have to mesh the information from three different apps just to figure out how to get somewhere.

@bctf @TeriMooring a month ago you sent an email discussing the challenges TTOCs face, can you tell me what is being done to address the 80% increase in extended health fees and how contracted teachers only pay $50 *a year*? TTOCs just had our premiums increase to $177 *a month*

@bctf what is being done to address that ttoc extended health premiums have increased 90% over the past two years (to $2100), while contracted teachers pay $50 annually. How can we make this more fair?

@joesmith323 @cbcnewsbc You can also take the train. I lived in PG for a decade. I'm not saying it's perfect, I'm saying more services should be available in more than just Vancouver, including the north, in the Interior, on the Island, and in Vancouver. They pay taxes for healthcare too.

@Kore107 @cbcnewsbc Prince Rupert, Prince George and Vancouver are about equidistant. It is easier to fly from Prince Rupert to Vancouver than it is to fly from Prince Rupert to Prince George. You can drive from Prince Rupert to Prince George but it takes a whole day and is dangerous half the year.

@joesmith323 @cbcnewsbc In *one* community. Specialized services should be available in Prince George (the northern hub for the province). People in rural communities recognize the need to travel for medical care, but they shouldn't have to travel half the province. There should be regional hubs.
