@Kotak_Life I received an email regarding bank details for my upcoming Survival Benefit (Policy No. XXX725). I already hold a Kotak bank account which I used when I purchased this policy in 2013. I would prefer to receive the benefit in the same account. Could you please help?

@KotakLife @KotakBankLtd Serious complaint: Policy No. 78525533 was created from my account WITHOUT my consent. Agent misled me calling it an FD but opened an insurance policy. No approval, no proper explanation. This is mis-selling. Cancel immediately & refund ₹52,289.

Complain against Kotak life insurance regarding unknowingly they deducted Kotak premium and ECS charges from my Kotak account in respect of not paid their premium on time. After sent my grievance mails they only paid the cash bonus. But want my full refund along with ECS charges.
