@Kotak_Life This clearly indicates a case of mis-selling and lack of proper disclosure. Also, the total amount deducted from my loan towards insurance was ₹41,123 (including GST), and I have only used the policy for about 4 months. The offered refund of ₹12,990 is unfair and unjustified.
