There's a fuckton that goes into any kind of art style.

@gtVraulis But when you start to try and change the genre after genre and scrapping it in each game from 12-16 without learning from it's predecessor it makes it hard to maintain your appeal to your fans over time that's why ff1-10 and the pixel remaster has more sales than he modern games

Final Fantasy was the gourmet meal Then its Head Chef left (Sakaguchi) Then they changed the recipe for 25 years, while its customers begged them to stop Then a French restaurant opened. They showed what the Original Recipe would look like, with today’s tech (Expedition 33) In less than one year, their first dish outsold the last 2 meals Square Enix made (FF16 & FF7 Rebirth) That’s what Final Fantasy was Now it’s just a confused attempt at a gourmet meal, that only follows half the recipe
