More car buyers are entering the funnel at the trade-in stage. @KramerBrian, EVP, Dealer Growth & Success at @Cars_Commerce, explains how answering the trade value question upfront is helping dealers keep high-intent shoppers in the pipeline. "[Clients] want their question answered, and if you don't answer their question specifically on the trade, they're going to go somewhere else. And that's where we see a huge drop off. In the last year, the trade-in has become the first point of entry. They're looking at CTV, then they percolate down to marketplaces, then they're going to the dealer's website, and then they're going through that experience. You've got the client at the bottom of the funnel, there's two things that are the highest intent: credit app, trade appraisal. If you let them bounce and you don't answer their question, they're going to one of your competitors who's going to do it."
