Just got off the phone with another major dealer group CEO These recent FTC letters are forcing major structural changes across dealerships. for better or worse -- this was an effective move by the FTC to get what it wants the market will realize this in the coming weeks/months Feels like this could be one of those rare shifts where regulators, dealers, and consumers may all come out ahead
