The ENIC self-sustaining model is not normal for a PL football club. In the last two seasons alone, there are 8 clubs where the owners have injected more of their own funds than ENIC did in 24 years combined (total investment of £122.1m between acquisition and 23/24).

@IamConstantine7 @TheSpursExpress 5th in his first year 4th again if Romero/VDV were fit. Ange probably could have finished 6-7th March onwards when everyone became fit. BUT he went all in on EL AND IT WORKED!!!! Without a doubt deserves Season 3.

@BenW0086 @COYSTTID3 Ya totally agree!! Who cares about the big transfers. Let’s get it right. Our transfers have been close to perfect. Fergie was the best at it. And the best had a success rate of approx. 7 good transfers out of 10.

@COYSTTID3 We're pretty big spenders over the last 7yrs...problem is we dont always spend it very well. Ange said the other day we need to add experince so my guess is we'll be looking more in the 22-26 zone than the 18-21 zone this summer but we'll see. 3-4 upgrades makes a big difference

There’s this genre of signing, 21-24 year olds at selling clubs who have already demonstrated their talent and application. Technical, athletic, usually available for 40-50m and you can see their success a mile off. Who are the next signings like this?

He’ll always have a special place in our hearts and we will NEVER forget his performance in the final, but selling him would be the smartest decision

@Kranjcar_19 @axelthfc Yep completely agree - that was a lot of the problem we had last season when we kept playing a front three of Werner - Son - Johnson. None of them particularly good at hold up or interplay and all want to run in behind. As you say a technical winger would be great.

@xthfcross @yiddogusdos @owenthfc__ Modric is probably still their best midfielder. Madrid’s midfield is one of the worst of all the top clubs. Zero footie IQ. He without a doubt could play a role for us.

@BenW0086 @axelthfc It’s a difficult one. I think all 4 are good: Solanke/Johnson/Son/Richy All of them: - lack ball retention - very direct but all are good in their role - no creativeness Richy is injured 24/7 so its an obvious one Kvara style is what we need. I think it will be a priority

@axelthfc Agreed. If we coupld get maybe £30m for Richie and then convince J David to join on a free transfer then we've upgraded and given the transfer budget a boost. Don't dislike him at all (seems a great guy off the field too) but it'd be best for all parties i think.

@Kranjcar_19 @thfcflags @_LouisHodge_ At least the Spanish fans will go to the Fan Zone, as it's the space for us. At 6:00 PM it closes and the stadium opens, so you can go directly. In case you want to have a drink the pubs from the centre will be extremly expensive so try to avoid them.
