@cromaretail team, I had purchased an AC and it was delivered on 27th May. Since then I am chasing for installation and demo but what I am getting is only prioritization of my complain. Trust me team, a boxed AC doesn’t cool a room🤣🤣. #CromaTrauma #BoycottCroma

Made the mistake of taking @cromaretail’s ZipCare AC 4 yr unlimited maintenance. Since then have tried to call them multiple times and though new tickets are raised, there is no sign of any service engineer. And every call is a new one! Had to get external service done.

@HPIndia Team, I had purchased a monitor and I need to replace tye display as this was accidentaly damaged. While visiting service centers they are not showing us intrest to serve as this is out of warranty now. Such after sale service ia pathetic. Need help.

Same here, got a panasonic 2 ton split AC installed at our home on 27 may 2026 and immediately the outdoor unit making tractor like noises and heavy vibration, but till now nor the @cromaretail jalandhar or the @PanasonicIndia response to our complaint,

DON'T BUY CROMA PRODUCTS Bought an AC from Croma with a damaged remote rcvd + noisy AC. Raised complaints for 1 month, still no resolution. Very poor after-sales service and rude staff at Gaur City Mall Noida West. Escalating to Consumer Forum now. @cromaretail @jagograhakjago
