TL;DR of new Roster Construction rules: Legacy exception has been removed which is why players like Juicy won't be able to compete next year. Transfer window will start September 11th and close July 15th 2024. Roster Submission Deadline will be: Masters 1: January 8 Masters 2: March 18 Champions: May 27 Teams will need to submit full starting rosters on these dates. Roster Lock will be: Masters 1: March 8-March 24 Masters 2: May 17-June 9 Champions: July 26-August 25 Roster size: No less than 5 Team Members and no more than 10 Team Members which includes Reserve Roster. (Mandatory 6th man has been removed) Imports: Only 1 import can play (VCT China has to adhere to this rule as well) Loans between VCT teams are not allowed Player Loans: VCT Teams are allowed to sign 2 players who can be loaned out to Challengers / Game Changers teams. Loaned players will be listed on the VCT teams' Reserve Roster while Loaned out Call back terms of players which are loaned out need to be added in the Loan Agreement. Loaned players will not be able to compete in VCT unless they are changed from Loaned Player to a Two-Way Player. Two-Way Players: A Two-Way player is a reserve player who can play in both Challengers and VCT. Unlike Loaned Players, Two-Way Players can be more easily called up to a VCT team if a substitution is needed. Only 2 players can be Two-Way Players If a player has played more than 50% or more VCT Matches in a stage they will no longer be eligible to be a Two-Way Player and play for the Challenger Team he was affiliated with during that stage. If a Two-Way player is fielded into the VCT he must receive the VCT Minimum Salary for the matches he has played. Affiliate Teams: VCT Teams can enter into an Affiliate Relationship with another organization which competes in Challengers. (Unsure if this means we can get rebrands like "FNATIC TQ" in League or if Challengers teams can keep their own name) Affiliate Teams need to be regional, for example 100 Thieves can't have an Affiliate Team in EMEA. Affiliate Relationship between a VCT Team and a Challengers Team will need to be terminated if the Challengers Team qualifies to VCT by winning Ascension. Will update this if I missed anything #VCT
