@AlaskaAir I’ve gotten an error message trying to sign into my account all day despite resetting my password. Called customer service and was immediately transferred to the My Mileage department and have been on hold for 10+ minutes. Any chance I can get some help here?

@SouthwestAir @alisonepitt Highly doubt it. I’m on the same flight. Been on the plane for 104 minutes without movement. They’ve told us our direct flight from CHI to PDX is no longer direct, then that it IS direct, and now we’re back to non-direct. @SouthwestAir Would love to see how y’all fix this!

One trip to Boston for the marathon, 3 different significant flight delays (not for weather). Had to stay the night in Chicago. Would love to get home, but we are sitting on the plane with no movement and no updates. What a joke, @SouthwestAir. This crew getting paid right now?

I am FUMING right now because my 70 y/o mom just told me @SouthwestAir has her sitting in the airport until 4:30am. 12 hours all alone w/ no hotel offered, no food vouchers offered, but they were kind enough to refund her $50 upgrade fee. I’m not even in the same city to help.

@AmericanAir has done it again! Had to rebook because of a delayed flight that would miss my connection, got bumped from 1st class, & three different agents I spoke to let me know that I will not be refunded the money I paid to upgrade to 1st class. V-nice, dare I say, 1st class?

In any case, it sucks that neither airline will take responsibility, to feel powerless as a customer, to have to resort to complaining on social media to (unlikely) get a response, & to be out money for multiple Uber rides, extra dog sitting, missing work, airport food, etc.

When I asked for text info below, both @AmericanAir & @Iberia said they would not send it & that AA was responsible. The person at Iberia even said we had not been denied entry on our original flight & told me to “move along” complete w/ hand wave(gaslighting, in this economy!?).
