@kulula I am trying to use my flight credit that I have from July when you suspended the flights and now all of sudden all my credit has expired?! This is totally unacceptable. Refer to your own SMS about being able to use the credit within 12months. I want my full credit back!

@kulula Hi, yes they were all placed in my travel wallet but have now been removed due to ‘expiry’. Please see screenshot below and advise? I had over R3k worth of credit to be used.

@prem_108 @N3Route Absolutely. I phoned their call centre and was told they don’t service this area but last they heard was that they’re still waiting for a tow truck?! Who knows what’s going on.
