The handling of this crisis by the so-called “World’s best Airline” is truly disappointing. As a frequent flier and loyal customer of Qatar Airways, I must reconsider my airline of choice. There has been no communication, no follow-up, and customer care has been unresponsive.

@qatarairways provided absolutely dreadful service. First, they didn’t inform us about the cancellation. Then, they abruptly cut all customer service lines. Now, at the Bangalore airport, the duty officer at the station is clueless about the status. #Qatar #Doha
