@appiecule CR7 is still one of the most feared strikers in the world!
If Portugal can capitalise on the gaps he creates by drawing multiple defenders, then it would do them a world of good! 😐
@Cristiano@portugalsoccer
Portugal are not favorites for the World Cup, not because they lack quality, names in certain positions, or because some stars underperform for the national team, as people will start claiming today to defend a certain player.
Portugal are not favorites because they will play the entire World Cup with one player who makes every opponent stronger than them. That player is Cristiano Ronaldo.
He doesn’t defend, doesn’t press, ruins attacks, and only cares about his own interests.
By what logic are Portugal’s players supposed to fight for him when he only plays for himself?
This moment explains everything. Portugal needed a goal, the ball was heading to Bruno Fernandes, who was about to shoot. Instead, Ronaldo decided to take the shot himself, hoping he might get lucky and score.
The smarter and more reliable option was to leave it for Bruno, and Portugal would have won today.
As long as Ronaldo is Portugal’s starting striker, there is nothing to fear from them.
@knowthenation@RahulGandhi Meghdoot company sells Atmospheric Water Generators. It just sucks in atmospheric air, condenses and purifies it to form clean drinking water. Ideal for water scarce areas having high relative humidity.
Where did the Wind turbine coming in this technique?🤔
@RahulGandhi Atmospheric Water Generation by wind turbines is an establ. technology & even Railway uses it
There's no cure for ignorance of the Gandhi-scion who takes the world around to be a 'pappu' too
While he mocks PM's ideas, CEO of worlds leading Wind Energy co. calls it inspirational
In 1996, Arjuna Ranatunga & Dav Whatmore did the unthinkable, giving Sanath Jayasuriya & Romesh Kaluwitharana total freedom to attack the first 15 overs.
People called it madness. It became a masterstroke.
Jayasuriya and Kaluwitharana made it successful.
Kaluwitharana did not get as much appreciation.
This is mostly because he had a shorter career and some inconsistency.
But his impact on cricket lasted much longer than his career.
He was one of the main guys who changed ODI cricket and made attacking in the powerplay mainstream.
