@GodrejAppliance please refer compalin no 79872708. After technician visit he found AC remote not working but denying to replace remote and saying that Remote have only 1 month warranty, can you please clarify and get AC remote replaced on priority.

@motorolaindia Already sent message not getting reply from your side , service centre took 3 days still phone not returned. As a customer how much time we expect for service and if it tools time why you don't provide standby phones????

@motorolaindia purchased a phone and it's camera got blurry in just 8 months . visited unique service centre .They are asking to submit phone for 4-5 days for approval of lense change ,not providing standby phone .Why needed 4-5 days & if needed why not providing standby phone.

Even not agree to create repair request for spare parts so I can change it after arrival on same day . This is not the service I am expecting from you please look into this to solve camera problem at earliest.
